Step 1: Export Calendar to ICS format

1. Open MS Outlook on your system.
2. Then choose the calendar option from MS Outlook.
3. Then go to the ‘File’ option and then to the ‘Save As’ option.
4. Browse the destination where to save the file. 
5. Give Name to file and click Save button.

Step 2: Import Calendar to Office 365

1. Login to your Microsoft 365 account by entering your username and password.
2. Click on the Calendar option from the interface of the Office 365.
3. Select the Discover Calendar option to import the calendar file.
4. Select from the window and click on the ‘From File’ option.
5. Click on the Browse button to select the ICS file.
6. Click on the Import button to import the file to Office 365.
7. Once the process is complete notification is sent.

Automated Method

In the automated method, we use an eSoftTools OST to Outlook 365 converter software. This software can migrate single and multiple OST files to Outlook 365 at a time. Steps to migrate OST files to Outlook 365

• Download and install eSoftTools OST to Outlook 365 converter software into your system.
• Select the option
  • Single OST File Conversion– Upload a Single OST file into software at a time.
  • Multiple OST File Conversion– Upload single and multiple OST files into software at a time.

• Import OST and press the ‘start scanning’ button.

• Get the Preview of OST files in the panel of the software and you can select files and folders of the OST file which you want to convert.

• Choose the OST Calendar option and click on the ‘OST to Office to 365’ convert button.
• Enter the email address and password in the Office 365 account and select options of import and filtering.
